Current state: 4 cups of coffee deep and still tired but happy and excited to be here.

Let’s talk about design:

• Recently discovered a passion for Mobile Design - I love the challenge of working with a smaller space.

• I love the rush of discovering a problem users are having that wasn’t clear before talking to them.

• The never-ending resources for design is both overwhelming and exciting. There is always something new to learn so you never get bored.

• I love breaking down problems to make them easily digestible and am constantly looking for projects that challenge me.

Where you can find me when I’m not working:

• ✏️ Doodling.

• 💎 Collecting funky earrings.

• 👗 Thrift shopping.

• ⛰ On top of a mountain somewhere.

• 📚 Reading Harry Potter for the 10th time.

• ❄️ If it is winter, going to as many saunas as possible because I live in MN and just want to be warm.

My life before Design, teamwork makes the dream work: 

• 4 years in logistics: Worked on a team of 6 where, among other things, I got really good at coming up with creative solutions to all kinds of problems. The driver’s trailer catches on fire? Been there. The driver gets mad and throws away all of your product? Also been there. Sounds fun right?

• 2 years in Recruiting: Small but mighty recruiting team of 2, it was hard work at times but so rewarding. I love talking to people and learning more about them, everyone has such a unique story to tell. I gained skills in advocating for candidates, interviewing, collaborating with engineers, and working in an agile environment.
